Delivery pricing and times


We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly: you should receive yours within 10 working days (for overseas customers please see below). If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within this time, please contact us 

Returns


If at any time, or for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund provided that the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging.

To do this, we should be grateful if you would be kind enough to call us on 01303 814048 first, to ensure that we know that it's on its way.

Postage and packing (UK and Channel Islands)


All orders are sent Recorded Delivery (signed for) and the postage is charged according to their weight. The maximum amount of postage paid in the UK is £6.55.


Overseas


All orders are sent Recorded Delivery (signed for) and the postage is charged according to their weight.

Europe and Republic of Ireland: 

The maximum amount of postage paid in Europe (up to and including 2 kg) is £18.97

Delivery time 7 - 10 working days.

Rest of the world: 

The maximum amount of postage paid  (up to and including 2 kg) is £32.61.

Delivery time: 10 - 21 working days, depending on clearance of customs in your particular country.
